All materials and workmanship supplied by Holmes Body Shop, Inc., other than paint and mechanical parts, are guaranteed against defect for as long as you own the car. Paint is guaranteed against defects in the materials and workmanship in accordance with the provisions of the separate Paint Warranty given to you. Mechanical part will be guaranteed against defect in materials and workmanship for term of the manufacturer's warranty to Holmes Body Shop, Inc. (generally one[1] year).
The above warranties are in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied.

This guarantee is non transferable and valid only through Holmes Body Shops, Inc.
