I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with the service I received from Holmes Body Shop in
Riverside, Not only was my car repaired back to new status, but it was done ahead of schedule with no
surprises. Also, all of the staff, especially Roger Cram who was my advisor, were so pleasant and helpful.
The ability to work with AAA and Enterprise rent a car made the process so much less stressful, I loved being
able to check the car status on the Internet too. In a time when many businesses have forgotten what
"service" means, Holmes Body shop made me feel like a valued customer. Although know one wishes to
have an accident, I definitely would recommend Holmes to my friends and family. Keep up the great work
and the great staff!

just a quick note to let you know what excellent service we received when my son's
car was at your shop in riverside. It's never fun. (or inexpensive), to deal with
this kind of situation. Our adjuster, Johnny(?) was so helpful and very efficient
in keeping us up to date. You actually were able to finish the work one week ahead
of the estimated time frame! Hope you are paying him well since he always seemed to
call around six in the evening, (makes for a long day).
This is our second time using your business, (hopefully our last)but we have
already recommended you to several of our friends. you made a bad situation
manageable thru your professional, efficient. and with 100% satisfaction result.

I am writing this letter to share with you the excellent service that I received from Yohan at the
Riverside location. I live in central California, and when my accident occurred in the
Riverside/ Palm Springs area, it was very upsetting that I would not be able to see the progress of
the repair.
I first spoke to Yohan after many complications with my insurance company. I was very frustrated
the first time I spoke with Yohan and unfairly took out my frustration on him. He was very
sincere and was able to relate to the fact that I could just not go there my self as I live over 3.5
hours away. Rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear, he made a conscious effort to make
sure that I knew he was going to manage the repair of the car and not let any detail fall through the
cracks. From that day forward, he called me several times a week with updates and status reports.
He reassured me that he would ensure that my vehicle was being repaired with the best parts and
done so to the highest of standard. It was very reassuring to me to have him handle the repair of
my car every step of the way.
I am an XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX resort in Santa Barbara. Service
is the reason that people return to our Resort time and time again. Yohan exemplifies the kind of
manager that we hire. He is a truly valued employee that is able to empathize with a customer and
turn a bad situation into something extremely positive. This is what Yohan did for me. I was very
eager to meet him when I came to pick up my vehicle so that I could thank him personally for
taking such good care of me as he did. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and

I came to know of your shop through a friend and co-worker at City of
Hope. Unfortunately for her, she has had to call on the services of
your shop several times. She was satisfied every time.
My husband and I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 in August of this year. While
out shopping on Black Friday, our new truck was struck by a spare
tire from another motorist. My heart sunk! In the 10 years we owned
our previous truck, nothing ever happened to it... 3 months with a
brand new truck and now this!
Being brand new, I called the dealer to see what shop
they recommended and did obtain an estimate from their shop. We then
drove to Holmes. Being the Friday after Thanksgiving, I was elated to
find that the shop was open and the staff was willing to help. We
came in and met with Cheryl and received our estimate. The decision
was easy. Over the dealer recommended shop, we chose Holmes.
I called the shop to get some additional information and your staff
greeted me as if we were old friends. Cheryl advised that the truck
would be ready no later than Thursday, 12/10. She called us on Friday
12/4 to tell us the truck was ready! We showed up at 9:30 the
following morning to pick up our truck. I wanted my truck back so bad
I was doing the "pee-pee dance" right there in the lobby ...Cheryl was
very professional when she told me I should lay off the
coffee ...thing was, I hadn't had any yet!! I just wanted my truck.
We are very happy with the results and will gladly recommend your
shop to anyone!
