Holmes Body Shop has been providing great customer service since 1974. Every one of our shop locations, along with our Customer Care Center, is committed to make the collision repair experience a good one. It's never fun to have an accident and need your vehicle repaired. Our goal is to make is as easy as possible.
We start before the repair begins, and stay with you until you no longer have the vehicle we repaired. Here is our Before, During, and After approach to great service...
Before-Our Customer Service Center is staffed with helpful professionals to assist with insurance claims, arrange tow service, explain available payment plans and even schedule your Enterprise rental car.
During-When you drop off your vehicle for repair, you receive a letter from the owner of Holmes Body Shop, Tom Holmes. This letter includes direct contact information for Tom. If-during the repair-a customer has a comment, concern or compliment about our shops or question the shop can not answer, Tom Holmes is available.
After- When the repair is complete, you will hear from our Customer Service Manager, to make sure your experience was a good one, and to answer any final questions you may have. Remember, your repair is under warranty for as long as you own your vehicle.
