Tom Holmes
Owner and President
Tom started Holmes Body Shop in 1974. His first shop was a two-person, one-paint booth garage in Pasadena. From there, he grew the business to the seven-location business it is today. From the time Tom started Holmes Body Shop, he has been an innovator in the auto collision repair industry. He has traveled through Europe and Japan to bring the best and newest equipment and techniques to our business. He remains active in many industry associations to keep Holmes Body Shop up to date with advances in auto collision repair. Tom is dedicated to giving back to the community. The Community Give Back Program at Holmes Body Shop gives thousands of dollars every year to local nonprofit organizations.

Bruce Mott
CFO
After 24 years as Vice President of Finance for Farmers Insurance Group, Bruce joined our team in 2008. His experience with finance, and leadership in our accounting department has helped make Holmes Body Shop stronger than ever.

Karen Schoknecht
Director, HR and Customer Care
Karen joined Holmes Body Shop in 1995 as Marketing Manager. Still active in the promoting of Holmes Body Shop, she has added Human Resources and overseeing the Customer Care Center to her duties.

Alex Gonzalez
Director, Client Services
In 2008, Alex Gonzales joined our team. His 23 years in the auto collision repair industry make him a natural to lead our business development. Alex maintains our insurance company and auto dealership relationships, and helps oversee the operations in all Holmes Body Shop locations.
